Strange shape, and why is it so difficult to find a surge protector with a flat plug? the outlets behind my couch and entertainment center are useless unless I want to pull them away from the wall an inch or two.

Wow, an official tech.bean power strip? How can I resist...

Only 2.1A over all 4 usb ports so it's not really that much of a 4 port USB charger.

I feel you bro. For those tight spaces I had to buck up and pay a little extra for these from Home Depot. https://www.homedepot.com/p/Defia.../203353687

These are some cheaper options that are new to me since I hadn't seen "Power By Go Green" brand on Home Depot's Website before. That 90 joule rating on the 6-outlet surge protect was a bit worrisome. (I prefer to buy "surge protectors" over "power strips")

Will this be able to handle the load of a small chest freezer, an invisible fence for my dogs, and a treadmill?

i assume by "flat" you mean 90° or right angle?
i use these everywhere i need to keep things tight to the wall. they go on sale from time to time for 15-18$. they handle oddly sized wall-warts and whatnot as well.

Please buy a quality surge protector, not junk. Need good clamping voltage, and a brand you trust to not burn your house down while your gone. This product is not UL rated and has no details on how many jolts it protects nor clamping voltage. Plus its not a good price for what you get.

This is the one I went with for home theater, after much research. When it drops to $23 pull the trigger. UL rated and has been tested and approved to work safely by a third-party Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) also has rfi and emi filters for your connected devices.

APC 11-Outlet Surge Protector 2880 Joules with USB Charger Ports, SurgeArrest Performance (P11U2) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B017VXU...8zbMAQ6PBV

Please due not put your family's/ neighbors life in jeopardy with a cheap knock off electronics.

This is a junk quality product. No name, no certification, no protection to your family and homes. And it's not a good price at all!

If you want some quality product with good price on Amazon, check out Amazon's today's deals.

Make sure you get the surge protector with ETL listed!!!! It's a well known satefy standard for electronics like power strip.

Bit overblown there big un... somehow we've made it for decades with far worse equipment and far worse wiring to boot. Don't know what you think exactly goes down with a large surge but it's not what you're picturing.

Just buy a bunch of the converter plugs! I bought a dozen for $6 and use them especially for power bricks that take up more of their fair share of the outlet. Plus, you can get them in a variety of colors and, my personal favorite, with LEDs that light up when there's power so you know before crawling out of the space you have everything stuffed into and zip tied whether there's an issue.
Separate colors are extra helpful in not pulling the wrong cord since they are all the same impossible color to differentiate.
I've gotten to where I sprayed all the cords with plastic/rubber florescent paint which are far easier on the eyes in following the one you're after et cetera.
Good luck.

This reeks of another SD ad, whether SD is getting paid for it or not. At a minimum, seems like a spam post by the OP.
