Sucralose is a fantastic sweetener. The hate is completely irrational. You're buying a processed protein product to use as a supplement, presumably because you want to be able to tightly control your macronutrient balance and hit protein goals without a ton of calories; why would you want to add a nutritive sweetener to eff with that?

There's the "natural" lines for the dummies who buy into juice cleanses and crystal readings. If you care about science and evidence, alternative sweeteners are where it's at, and sucralose is just fine.

Do you even lift, bro? On a serious note, if you live a regular lifestyle then you probably don't need supplements. But for people who are very active/engaged in intense fitness regimens, supplements are a virtual must as their bodies require more than what a "well-rounded healthy diet" can provide.

One can only eat so many chicken breasts in a day...

was going to buy but read the reviews on Amazon. Apparently they changed their formula in 2017:
"Please listen, ❗️DO NOT BUY IT❗️I have in the past spoken and reviewed this product as the best among the lot but that was before Optimum Nutrition changed the ingredients."

"Checking the ingredients it looks like they have added sucralose, among other things, which tastes absolutely disgusting. Honestly I'm sad because this was my go to protein powder, it had the best flavor, was easy to drink, and I recommended it to everyone. But tryingbthis new formula triggered my gag reflex, made me wash out my mouth and is still making me feel sick."

More than likely it's the lactose content in whey protein.

Myprotein works out cheaper? Can someone tell me the difference?
Myprotein is cheaper when you get there cheap protein that's whey concentrate based whereas this is whey isolate based.
