Greetings! Amazon is having a sale on KIND Sweet & Spicy protein bars... 25% off clipped coupon via link and, assuming you have at least 4 subscribe & save items at the moment, another 15% off. I was able to snag it for <$10 for a box of 12.... Less than <$1 per bar.

Have not tried these before, but KIND usually puts out a tasty product. Worth a shot IMO.

Want to talk about if this tastes good or not? Go for it. Please leave the bro science ("this ingredient sucks" etc) talk out of this.

These are candy bars, just a few more grams of protein than a snicker bar
A good bar will have around 200 calories and 19-22 grams of protein

That's a fair criticism of most KIND bars and these definitely aren't protein supplements, but this particular kind (the "Strong and Kind" or whatever) are actually about the most reasonable ones they have nutritionally. They keep it to about 5g of added sugar with 3g of fiber, which is several times better than the fruity nightmares the brand is better known for.

It's still only 10 grams of incomplete protein from nuts and pea and should be no means be considered a high-protein food for people trying to hit goals for muscle mass, but it's actually a pretty benign snack as these things go.

Some people care about taste more than protein content.

It's still totally a fair criticism when OP called them "protein bars." These aren't awful, but they're definitely not what anyone looking for a "protein bar" wants, either.
