I'm using this board now. Got it for $100 - $20 after rebate. It gets the job done!

Used this board with a Ryzen 3 1200 build with Corsair 16gb kit (2x8) RGB Vengence DDR4. The board found the Corsair's XMP profile and runs stable with it. Unfortunately I got a lame Ryzen 3 processor that will only overclock to 3.5.

Mining litecoin is not worth it with PC/GPU. Hence, there isn't really a good motherboard for mining litecoin.

Dedicated miners mine at much much faster speed than GPU miner for litecoin, so you wouldn't really get anything profitable or worth time/electricity. But, if you do want mining motherboard, assuming you are building fully dedicated mining PC for other coins, there are motherboards like Asrock H81 Pro BTC. It is motherboard basically designed to do mining and support 6 GPUs via powered risers, which you must purchase separately for each GPU. Biostar had similar product. I'm sure there are more, but I do not know top of my head.

If you are building just regular PC but looking to do mining while you are not using it, any motherboard would really be suitable as long as they are good quality/reliability. But then again, one or two GPU on one motherboard might not be good enough (unless it's something with super high hash rate) to beat electricity bill depending on your situation.

Good luck!

I also have and run this board. I got it from MicroCenter for a similar price thanks to their CPU bundle discounts, paired with a Ryzen 5 1400. It performs well, but I don't OC and don't OC my ram.

As a warning about a known issue: the front audio jacks (headphone and microphone) are noisy/buzzy AF. Switched to the rear audio jacks and the issue went away.

Is mining litecoin even profitable these days? I would think the cost of hardware would out weigh the rewards.
