4K HTPC - Either of these good options?

Looking for a nice base for a 4K HTPC.

It's not strictly a HTPC, some light photo editing and using software like photoshop elements, proshow producer, etc.

I would add GTX 1060 6GB or 1070 when a good deal comes along.

I know it's very overkill, but I want something fast and quiet without having to custom make something.

Size, space, is not an issue.

Unfortunately, the MSI Codex at Microcenter is not available at my local store, otherwise I would have just got that.

gtx 1060 is too slow for 4k if you are planning any gaming at all.

Thanks - no gaming, just streaming 4k content. Just want it very fast, quiet, and running 24/7.
