I would not expect long term support from a $100 phone. You barely get 2 years of support from a $800 phone.

No issues here. Have had 2 since launch last year. My quick takes on the phone:
The processor is pretty good. Performance is above average for a mid-range phone (especially @ $100).

Build is solid.

Battery life is average, 4-5 hrs sot, display is above average for $100 phone.

Leeco's UI is weird, but it looks decent and is smooth, the recent button includes quick toggles, and no quick toggles on the notification pulldown (can be added the an app).

No 3.5mm, nfc or microSD.

Has TMobile band 12, wifi calling and voLTE support!

Bootloader is easily unlocked, good custom recover, and great marshmallow ROMs on xda, nougat ROMs are decent with a few bugs. Check the LeEco Le 2 forums on xda (same phone and that is were development is located).

Don't expect any more updates from LeEco.

So overall for $100, it's a good phone with limitations (as most cheap phones). But if your looking at $200 for the Pro version, do yourself a favor and just get a snapdragon 625 phone for that price, like the Moto g5 plus or ZTE blade v8 pro, or etc.

I have 2 of these phones and they are pretty damn good for the price. Run any game you want with no lag. Camera sucks but I don't care. Screen looks good. Sound is good. Brightness is good.

Will the company be around in the next year, or 6 months?

That was my next question.
The specs on paper is good but there are more important things like reliability durability, support, does it overheat, what happens if it locks up after 30 days. Etc.

Can we claim AmEx warranty? I doubt it.
What is the sar value? Most people overlook that but if you talk a lot it's a risk.

not bad for $105 but wish this was 64 instead of 32gb. 32 is barely sufficient these days.
I have this phone and like it. Only thing that bothers me is no expandable SD card. I paid about $150.

I saw the pro version with 64gb for $199 here on slickdeals only a day or two ago.

Just curious - what do you actually keep on your phone besides photos?

megapixels count is the correct measure for quality of a camera. and specially chinese brands are known to have fake specs. there is a reason why samsung apple lg takes pride in the mobile cameras. even sony cameras don't come close to the samsung or iPhone camera. and by your logic iPhone camera is worse becoz it is only 12 mpx!
Learned a lot, thank you sir worship
