Walmart has the Mainstays Parsons end table in black or brown for $9.75.
All other colors cost more.
https://www.walmart.com/ip/Mainst...s/55627105

Compare to:
Home Depot - $13.00 (black); $19.87 (espresso)
Amazon - $19.82 (3rd party vendors)
Target - $34.99 - 15% = $29.74

IKEA has a similar end table for $10; it's likely easier to buy from Walmart than to walk the maze at IKEA.

Edit: just found the black at Amazon for $9.75 ("Best Price" per CCC):

IKEA LACK side table is a bit larger at 21.65" square, height-wise they're the same. Free shipping from Amazon is nice if IKEA is not close by.

A clearance isle? Is that located off of the coast of your local Walmart or something?

I have a couple of these bought a few years ago. No big deal, but definitely worth the money. Repped.

I think these are usually about $10 at my Wal-Mart. I bought 4 in the past couple years. They are pretty small as the above poster mentioned, keep that in mind before ordering!

Would make a good base for a kids Lego table. Just glue down some base plates.....

I've got two of these in black. They are very short, but good for someone just starting out or on a budget. Sturdy.

I'm also curious how this compares to the IKEA LACK table. They look identical. I have 2 of the IKEA ones in black and they're a great bang for the buck. The only slight con I have is the texture of the black tables feel a little unfinished - I like the ones with a laminate coating since they're easier to clean.

Any insight into the texture of these?
