Reviews indicate quality pretty typical of Craftsman being a has-been name anymore.

Ended up having surprise points which brought price down to $40. Seems pretty slick to me.

Has been this price for about 2 weeks (the half has fluctuated)

Decent tool for the money was $45 earlier in the year which was the cheapest I've ever seen.

Note that these are just standard clicker style torque wrenches with a digital readout for the setting. It doesn't actually measure torques, but lets you dial in the torque setting at which the wrench will click. The main advantage over a regular torque wrench like the $10 Pittsburgh one is simply that it is easier to read what it is set at.

The HF 1/2in. torque wrenches max out at 150 ft.lbs. whereas the Craftsman 1/2in. max out at 250 ft.lbs. For apples to apples I'd have to buy the Mountain torque wrench which is about $60 and no digital readout.
