The same nutritional makeup doesn't mean it's the same formula. For example, Costco's brand is super foamy and bubbly compared to Similac. Even if the nutritional content is the same, if your kid is sensitive to gas then you don't want to use that one.

Not sure how I was being judgmental, troll. Contribute or don't post. It's a deal thread and I was simply posting about a better ongoing deal in store-brand formula. Even Wal-mart brand compares, this is per our pediatrician. Ask yours and see what they say.

This is expensive still. Go with the sams club, aldi or Costco brands (they're the same thing) and save some $$ without any coupons.

Compare ingredients in the store and see for yourself 👍🏻. The big box brands will say"compare to..." on the back.

Yes, there is no difference between different brands of formula for the same CATEGORY.

Regular infant formula from Target vs Costco vs Sams will have the same nutritional makeup. This is something the feds do well in managing and regulating.

Now then, if your infant needs a special formula that is hydrolyzed then they ARE different.

Now then I've heard my Pediatric GI attendings say sometimes some infants will prefer one formula to another kind of like how some people like Pepsi vs Coke.

THIS. The costco brand foams up like CRAZY...like soap!. Whatever it's compared to.. i forget... doesn't do that.

Also - Sam's is NOT cheaper than this deal.

This maybe my stupid question but does same ingredient mean same quality or it can be different?

Same quality. Formula is highly regulated just like drugs are. Brand = generic. Preferences obviously differ, but from a medical standpoint, they are all the same (within a category).
