Much cheaper at Home Depot
MT-26 = $77.03
MT-22 = $40.03
MT-17 = $27.03
MT-13 = $20.03
all sizes on clearance, instore only. They are purging stock in favor of Gorilla ladders.

What, really? I looked online and the MT-26 is $207 at both of my local HD. Is that a YMMV deal?

It is ymmv. I went 2 days ago and every HD around me was 207 for the 26'. But because it is on clearance, the store manager may negotiate. The first one I went to offered $190. But the second offered $150 and I took that.

Considering all all stores in my area have less than 5, I didn't think they'd last long enough to get to $77. And $150 is still a good deal.

I already own the MT-22, but snagged the MT-13 last night @ $20.03. Five more remained plus three MT-26 models.

Really don't understand all the thumbs down considering the HD deal is YMMV. I used a 40 off 200 coupon on this ladder and got it for around $175 shipped using a 6 pack of paint rollers as a filler.

You don't want the stupidly heavy and cumbersome MT-26 anyway, the MT-22 is the coveted size.

Wish I can avoid it. Two-story place with measurement from ground to roof is about 20. Don't feel secure with a 22.

Yeah, no way in hell a 22 is going to do it, especially since 22' isn't the actual height but just a comparison to a 22' extension ladder which is composed of two 11' sections with about a 3' overlap giving a max length of around 19'.

With the proper ladder angle and safe amount sticking above the gutter, the 26 probably wouldn't even be enough.

Snagged three MT-13 @ $20.03. One for me, two gifts. Dang that's cheap for $120 300# Type I multipurpose ladder.
