Update (10/31/2017)
For questions you have asked me, I had called their customer care

1. Is it a Hard pull?
No its a soft pull, they verify information from Equifax

2. As a customer can I avail the bonus offers of all Checking accounts
No, you can avail only ONE
Lets say if you take two checking accounts, the highest bonus offer is the only one you get paid

3. For Choice Checking when can I take my 1500$ back
After 90 days we can take the $1500 back, the bonus will be paid after 8 weeks from the 90 days.
Monthly fee of 15$ is applicable if we dont have daily balance of 1500$ or a direct deposit can be anything starting from 1$
If we close the account after getting the joining bonus and the account is less than 6months, the closing fee is 20$

4. Can I apply in branch for these joining bonus offers
The offer is applicable only online
(But I read someone in this thread saying he opened a Advance checking in branch, we may check by visiting branch if they can give apply a promo coupon)

But this is Choice Checking, you can just maintain 1500$ or have any amount of direct deposit kicking in
So comparatively better choice of account instead of locking 10K for 180 days with Advance Checking to avoid 25$

Maintain at least the minimum Qualifying Balance for 90 calendar days from the date you deposited the minimum Qualifying Balance.

But 6months to avoid any fee, same applies with Chase Bank I had taken their checking offer and got 300$ but I need to wait for 6months to close it

Here the better option is about any amount of direct deposit helps, whereas in Chase it's minimum 500$ direct deposits every month or daily balance of 1500$

The T&C specifies "Limit one Welcome Deposit per customer, including all individual and joint accounts - the first line name on the joint account is considered the customer for gift purposes." This same statement is for all three offers (Choice checking, Advance Checking, and Premier Checking). Does this mean that we can only get 1 of the bonus out of those three offers? I would like to get both the Choice checking bonus of $200 and Advance checking bonus of $350 but need to make sure before I jump through all those hoops and tie up all my money for 6 months. Can anyone clarify?

I already mentioned in main post regarding this, but you may want to double check with their customer care
