It doesn't say that it supports 4k from what I can tell. Nothing in questions. You can ask a question on Amazon if need be. Vendor seems to respond.

it's a 1080 splitter, so your source/input will be maximum of 1080 anyway... the 4k TV won't care, it'll just upconvert.

yes, you'd need to change your output on the XB1S to 1080p to use this.
even if you get a 4k splitter, to use your XB1S with your other TV (which i assume is 1080p) you'll have to change your XB1S output to 1080p before using.

side note... all 4k hardware isn't created equal, you'll want a HDMI 2.0 compatible unit. the XB1S outputs in 4k@60Hz 4:4:2, if you're not using HDMI 2.0 you'll be limited in both refresh rate and chroma.

Anyone know how this one handles HDCP? Spoof or pass-thru?

No. Two of the screens would be exactly the same.

I have one that looks identical, that does strip HDCP. But you never really know if the board is the same. Best bet is find one with a bunch of reviews confirming that it does indeed strip HDCP if that's your intended purpose.
