Do yourself a favor and get a Li-ion based jump starter. You can't just leave a lead-acid based device in your trunk and pull it out when needed - they have to be charged periodically (monthly) or will be dead when you need it. Li-ion has far superior charge retention.

Unfortunately most wont work worth a crap in the cold.
Lithium battery based jump starters are very sensitive to cold.. much more so than lead acid.

The JNC318 does have a preheat mode to mitigate that.

I used a black N decker 700amp for years and it was fine even in the winter.. as long as the car battery wasnt completely junk.

The JNC318 I purchased this year to replace it after it went belly up.

If you divide the amp rating by 4 you will get a relatively good guess at what it will provide to start your car.

Starters only really need a couple hundred amps at most.. except in very cold weather.

If you wanted a good lead-acid battery based jump box.. the JNC660 or 770 are both more than adequate for all normal vehicles.

"better have it and not use it, then to need it and not have it"
