Don't know if people can find a way to play it in other places. At least if the price is changing for parts of the world, hopefully it will start to drop in N.A.

this could still be redeemed even if your in NA you just have to use something that will change your IP so that it thinks your in a different country but this only has to be done while redeeming the key in steam. Once the key has been redeemed it is no longer necessary not even for updates. A friend of mine bought this on release but it wasn't a preorder and didn't catch that it was for every region but NA. There was no refund due to the risk that he could have written down the cd key so he did what he had to do so he didn't waste his money. I think the game is great and hopefully will get a lot of life once more mods come out. The roster kills the game but the mechanics of the game are really great for a fighting game. nice find OP

I actually preordered this from cdkeys before they marked the region as excluding US. They automatically refunded upon release. It seems like they may have had to refund a ton of these, and now have a bunch of keys they thought were sold that aren't.

If you get caught doing that proxy shit by Steam, they will ban your entire account and you will lose ALL of your games. Not worth it.

Make a new steam account that you will use for your vpn games. Before you even launch steam, you want to make sure you're on a proxy that reads as the country you want to run from. Then just download the game via proxy and set steam to work offline and ban it in your firewall. Proxies are usually pretty slow so you may have to buy a VPN to play it online.

Of course this assumes you have an entire windows build for these or can deal with switching accounts and making sure your EMEA account never shows up in the US. Probably not worth it.
