Highly rated tool set (4.7 stars) for electronics, phones, and precision devices.
Lowest price ever, usually $25.

That will hold up much longer. It is the best kit I've ever used for small electronics.

It's really the only thing from ifixit that I'd recommend.

Anyone know if this kit includes stuff to open up those special star shaped macbook screws?

Also what about iPhones?

Thanks!

EDIT: it does.

Includes every size pentalobe (iPhone, MacBook), every size triangle bit (toys), and unique, 3-inch, long-reach bits not available in other sets

Yea better to get the iFixit toolkit which is way better in terms of handling.
Also this Tekton toolkit doesn't have the star bits I believe for the iPhone 7.

From the looks of the pictures, yes, this kit can be used for the macbook and iphone.

Thanks! I'm dumb I must have missed it in the description.

Tekton bits are ok quality, not great. I have one of the large every bit sets they make. It is great for when you need that one weird bit. But anything you need to use often I would get decent German, Swiss, Japanese or American made versions of. Much better steel, heat treat and quality control. That being said the one thing that Tekton beats everyone on is their customer service, if you have a problem trust me, they'll fix it. They've even got reps that hang around on the automotive/tool forums and subreddits and help people.
