IN STORE ONLY: MicroCenter has a new line of house brand laptops from their company, PowerSpec. I have been in the laptop market patiently waiting for one without any compromises and a fair price. These laptops use Samsung SSDs and ASUS mobos. In person, they don't look like a crazy cartoon laptop. The 17" is much thinner, but neither qualify as "MaxQ"

15" is $1299 and the 17" is $1399, they otherwise have the same tech specs:

Intel Core i7-7700HQ Processor 2.80GHz
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 8GB
16GB DDR4 RAM
1TB HDD+250GB SSD
Microsoft Windows 10 Home 64-bit
Media Card Reader
10/100/1000 Network
2x2 802.11ac Wireless
Bluetooth 4.1
15.6" Full HD LED-backlit IPS Display with NVIDIA G-sync

The PowerSpec 1510 gaming laptop computer features the 7th Gen Intel Core i7 7700HQ. For gameplay domination, it includes a high-performance NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 graphics that is VR Ready, 16GB DDR4 2400 RAM, and a 15.6" Full HD display with NVIDIA G-Sync technology. In addition, the Windows 10 Home operating system is loaded on a Samsung 960 EVO Series 250GB NVMe M.2 SSD with a 1TB storage drive

This is a great deal on these laptops. They appear to be the same as the P650HS-G (15" version) made by Clevo. What an absolute steal.

You have to lie about the item price or product which is risky. If it can get lost or damage in transit, you are pretty much screwed.

no i have read about sites that are community driven where the travellers travelling to other countries bring things for you for a fixed price less than customs and it helps you to evade customs in some cases Smilie

At these specs plus NVMe capability, this is an absolute steal. I can't help but think there's a catch.
