Me too. I had something like $3 rolling over from last month to this month. Checking it shows that NEGATIVE $3 rolled over, so I need $8 for my next $5 reward.

I didn't care about this, but needed to phone in yesterday for something else, so I brought this up.

They switched me into a Business Plus membership back in July. No problem. But the very smart lady on the phone yesterday pointed out to me that under that program there is no such thing as earning %-based rewards on this program. So that whole section of my rewards page (balance, amount to next reward, etc.) is actually completely meaningless.

So if you are on a Business Plus Rewards membership, you're probably in the same boat. Yes, clearly a bug, but it does not matter at all. The answer is actually ZERO.
