Received this email:

"Thank you for being a valued customer. We regret to inform you that we will be discontinuing all San Francisco Bay OneCup, French Roast, 80 Count- Single Serve Coffee subscriptions."

Note: I subscribed to the 80-count French Roast, and they don't say if it's French Roast only or all varieties - or all sizes.

Email continues:

"Because your subscription has been discontinued, we'd like to offer you 30% off your first subscription of select coffee from Caza Trail Coffee. Click on the offer below and clip the coupon to save. This is a limited-time offer, terms and conditions apply."

Maybe they discovered it might be addictive?

amazon does this all the time. i have had at least a dozen subscriptions canceled, often at very good prices because they "no longer offer it as a S&S item" then they offer a "comparable item" at 2 to 3 times the price. its why i dont blink an eye at ordering for one month with a coupon and canceling.

Sounds like they've cancelled *all* San Francisco Bay coffee. Just received this today:

Thank you for being a valued customer. We regret to inform you that we will be discontinuing all San Francisco Bay Coffee subscriptions.

Because your subscription has been discontinued, we'd like to offer you 35% off your first subscription of select K-Cups. Click on the offer below and clip the coupon to save. This is a limited-time offer, terms and conditions apply.

Is there a reason? Will they still sell the product but not on a subscription?

They cancelled it at the price we were subscribed to. You can do a subscription again at a slightly higher price. It likely wasn't Amazon, but San Francisco Bay Coffee getting a few more bucks out of their product.

We are willing to pay. They are willing to take our money. Simple supply and demand.
