no point with any of these. USB-C MFI certified for the iphone X from apple brand is the best. none else will charge as fast

Cables that are non-MFi can possibly stop working or even damage your phone. There was a problem with these types of cables in China setting devices on fire. Best not to use.

Have used 2 non mfi cables and all failed after 3 months. I think cables themsleves are okay, but upgrading ios that makes the previously working cables rejected by newer version ios. Would not recommand buying non mfi products.

Couldnt recommend non mifi. They usually fail after a month or so.

Not sure if we are talking about the same one, i remember the one caught fire in China was charged using mfi cable or the oem cable. Just a quality control issue and fully covered under warranty.

+1 on the "won't buy without MFi". I'm not at all worried about non-MFi damaging the phone, but I am expecting Apple to block the cable from working sometime in the near future.
