Cheapest plan is $10.

You can use the SIM to see if your device(s) is compatible or unlocked - if nothing else. You don't have to activate.

I never received the sim, just collecting user information. Please beware!

It seems like a real bad business plan (and scam) to offer and not send SIMs to potential customers just to collect user info, when 100x more info is available freely on the Internet via tax websites, Facebook, etc.

How do you know nobody got their SIM card?

Ah, good, somebody who knows. How is the service? Does that $10 go up after the first month? I was going to get it for my 10 year old.

Service is fine, customer service is fast and responsive - never had a problem. Signal mainly depends on how good Tmobile or Sprint are in your area, so choose accordingly, either CDMA or GSM. I have TPO on both networks, so far like them.
