I just saw a Costco ad for the week before and to BF. Costco is selling the 6 piece OXO seal tight 6 for $50. I think. Is the OXO better than this?

When comparing things with OXO just remember the purpose.

Air tight seal; a lot of things can do this for a fraction of the cost.

This one also has indents for easy pour over

OXO is not worth the $50.

This set can even be got for sub $20 from another maker if you don't care about the extra plastic

Just paid $24.49 at JCP for the 5 piece OXO set with rewards (Which I still had even after doing a return yesterday on everything I ordered from them. Which is how I earned them in the first place. Talk about a screwed system. Paid with Paypal Credit and they refunded back to any card of my choosing. Which is illegal because it's like getting a cash refund for a credit purchase. Associate claimed they don't have a button to refund back to Paypal.) and txt promo code. Bunch of BS that they want twice the price for colored plastic for the stainless version though. The white will look out of place with my stainless everything. OH well. Again total BS $50 more for colored plastic. lol

Costco 12 piece for $50 beats this hand down(Compare amazon, it is $110+ in amazon). I am using that set and I like the seal and lids and looks beautiful

I bought two of the 12 container OXO set at Costco a couple of weeks ago for $80. Does anyone know if I can get a refund for the extra $20 on Black Friday?

By the way, I love them and if they give me the $40 back for the two I purchased, I will get one more. That will keep everything I have in containers. My pantry looks good and we can see what we have so that I don't buy it again because it is shoved to the back and I think we are out.

Looks nice. I'd rather have glass but this might do.

Costco doesn't give refund. You can return it, or buy new ones then return unused with the old receipt. I was told by their staff this way. Please make sure the item numbers match. Sometime Costco holiday specials have different barcodes for look same items.

Ask them to price match, They will do. If not you can always return and get new ones

if you don't have your receipt you might be SOL, really depends on the person working.
