If you buy it - make sure you replace that CPU cooler they have. It looks like they have a stock of old OEM coolers from Athlon AM3 era which are super loud and efficient up to 65W tops nowhere near Spire that comes with 1700. I know 1700X does not have a cooler included, and for a reason, AMD hopes we will use something decent, not a cooler from Athlon X4 860K lol. It just proves again that CyberPowerPCs are built by mindless zombies.

Has been $699 at Best Buy. There's one coming up with a 580 for 699 as well

Yeah, no. shake head That's a Ryzen 5 you linked. Now TD yourself for the poor reading comprehension.

Also, sorry in advance to anyone who jumped on the Dell FP deal yesterday with a heavy SD rebate and is feeling buyer's remorse right now.

Ok deal but the last CyberPower deals were so much better. Wish I had bought another one of those.

Meh 3 gb card is not better than 580 in a lot of titles and this has no SSD. Rebates are a pain but I still like other deal better. I am not an amd fanboy either as my PC has a GTX 1070. Also if you want to get a monitor to match your GPU freesync is much cheaper than GSync. This is still a decent deal IMO.

Pretty much everyone pays sales tax at Dell, but most people don't at Newegg. So, on a $1000 purchase, you'll pay more in sales tax at Dell than that SSD is worth. And if that graphics card isn't noticeably better (if at all), I don't know what the benefit of going through the rebate process is.

To each his own. This is cheaper out the door, likely cheaper after rebate, gives you an extra data drive if/when you add an SSD and is equivalent in performance. But don't listen to me. I am only defending my deal. Big Grin

With these bespoke PC builds, shouldn't be hard to upgrade the GPU and Memory and storage and PSU?

I think this deal is better. 6GB 1060, 256GB SSD, 16GB DDR4 RAM for 100$ more.

Ok deal, but CPU is much worse than other two deals.

CPU is good enough for the GPU, no bottlenecks will be happening and you have a MOBO that accepts higher CPUs down the road should you choose, definitely a better value.

No the best buy one is a 1400 or a 1500. Not the 1700

Conversely you could upgrade the gpu in the first 2 deals and you would still wind up a better long term PC. Throw in a 1080 on a 1700x and it will kill a 7700k with a 6gb 1060...
