Can you guys actually do some research before assuming that soy is bad for you.. also if you happened to take the time to READ the ingredients.. it says soy protein ISOLATE.

https://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/drobson71.htm

Has a lot of sugar content, but don't drink that can of soda that you usually do or that fruit drink or whatever that may equal or exceed the amount of sugar that's in that single bar.. it really doesn't have all that much sugar if you consider all the other things we eat on a daily basis.

In short.. you won't grow a vagina even if you consume large quantities of soy..

I don't where why people still think soy is bad for men. People will believe anything they "heard once" vs actual scientific research. There are countries in the world that produce/grow soy and the men eat a lot more soy than we do I promise you that, and they arent experiencing "female" effects from it. Soy is perfectly healthy. If you ate ANY single type of bar or energy drink 4 times a day it would be unhealthy.

They're pretty "dirty" for a protein bar, but tasty. I eat one per week as a little cheat.

I eat these for breakfast when I'm in a rush. They are great and do the trick if you aren't super into health and nutrition and want something fast to eat that isn't covered in cream cheese.

They're chock full of sugar but they're delicious. I eat them before working out so I hopefully burn off the sugar. Lol I have no idea if it works that way but whatever, they're really yummy and at least have 20g of protein

Bought these last time Amazon had them for around this price, and honestly they taste pretty stale. Would not buy again. Haven't even been able to finish what I bought last time, way too dry and chalky.
