Philips Hue 464479 60W Equivalent White and Color Ambiance A19 Starter Kit, 3rd Generation, 3-bulb starter kit is $115 if you order with Alexa

The price of this 3-bulb kit has been trending downwards in the past few months.

Back in August this was ~$170 on Amazon. It's now $115 if you order with Alexa.

You can confirm it is still an Alexa deal by checking here http://smile.amazon.com/alexadeals or just saying "Alexa, order a Philips Hue White and Color Starter Kit" and make sure she tells you the correct price before confirming.

This is the 3rd generation so it is the latest but Phillips is moving to a 4-bulb starter pack so maybe they are trying to get these off the shelves? The 4-bulb pack is not a good deal @ $200, and this 3-pack is $20 cheaper than buying three individual bulbs, plus you get a hub with the pack in case you needed one.

Edit: Price dropped from $123 to $115

I have a sneaking suspicion we will see it even lower on or around black Friday /cyber Monday. If you don't need it now I would wait a little longer.

Decent price. The 4 pack was just on sale for $160 in Amazon.

I expect there will be some sweet deals for Black Friday.

I would assume $133 was the $123 + tax. Where I live (OH) it was around $132.33 or something like that.

I got a set about a month ago at target in the clearance section. They had a few at $150 the previous week, then only one at $100. Couldn't pass up maybe they'll have them again on Black Friday.

Just my two cents. I was pretty excited about these. But when I got them it was a let down. They don't remember their color when the lose power. Example. Night stand light that has a pull string. Every time you pull the string you have to reset the color.

Having a smart switch or outlet is the better way to go if you don't want pretty colors.

I looked at their site and I searched for best buy hue here and see nothing. Care to be a little more specific?

Yeah your supposed to turn them off in the app or better yet use Google home or Alexa to do it for you.
