I just bought a refurb for the same price so its a good deal, I got the receiver set up a few days ago and everything seems to work pretty well. The reviews I found were complimentary, most of the audio performance is pretty subjective but I've not got anything to complain about with that so far. If you're not too picky about sound quality I think its a good deal for the features it offers.

Highly recommended for a a budget future-proof receiver. Great price when refurbs go for just about the same.

Nice deal. If only it had 1 more HDMI input I'd jump.

How does this compare to the Yamaha Aventage A660 that was $300 a couple months back? Just curious if Denon brand, features, quality are better?

It does not have pre-outs for zone 1. I want to run my fronts using a dedicated amp.

Same seller on Amazon. Looks like there's no tax added in Cali

I think the 2400H at frys for $100 more is a better deal. Not sure why but I like the higher number lol. I have three 2200W and its pretty good. Has odd stuff like when switching from stereo to Dolby the total sound goes down like 50% so I have to raise the volume and reverse when I do the opposite so its BLASTS loud when I switch. Very annoying. Also the microphone that is supposed to balance the speakers doesn't do much. It still feels off balance. And I have never been able to produce 7.1 sound out of any device (laptop firestick or ATV4) so I don't know what else I can try. The only time I've heard 7 1 sound is from its internal test so I know wires and speakers are connected correctly.

Yes. In the 5.x.2 configuration. It also supports DTS:X, or will... Not sure when that firmware update will be released.
