About same. Finally below msrp price. I prefer AMD because of cheap freesync monitors.

Please don't spread FUD... The RX 580 supports HDPC 2.2. The biggest issue is that most 4K monitors, especially in the entry-level range, are not HDCP 2.2 compliant.

This would beat a 1060 6gb for about the same price right?

I think you are thinking 4gb, 8gb msrp has always been higher. This one happens to have a massive heatsink so it stays pretty cool. I think its better than a 1060 if you are running 4k

How does this compare to the GTX 1060 6gb Aorus (with 3 fans) stock, no OC

Damn I'm torn. Don't know if I should wait and see if it goes down below msrp or just get it. :/

Can anyone comment about the quality of PowerColor as a GPU manufacturer (compared to others like MSI, Asus, etc.)? Have you run into GPUs crashing? Overheating?

Kind of have to disagree with it being good. Your best bet is not to ask, but to read. Check LTT forums, Reddit, Newegg reviews etx. Power color is sort of hit and miss in some GPU they have made. 460 had issues. Some people have 480 issues. Whether it is solved in 5xx series for power , idk.
