Decent deal. Buyers should note that unlike a lot of Kershaw's, it's not assisted opening.

Liner lock; Flipper. The flipper is just to help the knife open. There is no spring or ball bearings in this knife and it is a manual knife.
Reversible (tip-up/tip-down) pocketclip
Steel: Sandvik 14C28N, stonewashed finish;
Handle: G-10
Blade length: 3.1 in. (7.9 cm); Closed length: 4.25 in. (10.8 cm); Overall length: 7.4 in. (18.7 cm); Weight: 2.5 oz (70.9 g).
Made in the USA

14C28N is pretty good steel for the price, comparable to Japanese AUS 8.
Normal price around $40.

This is a good knife. If you want to own just one knife and $30 is about your limit, this is a terrific option. Made in the USA, terrific steel (low carbide steel, takes an amazing edge and holds it respectably but also sharpens really nicely), and is fairly ergonomic.

It opens fast, and closes easier than the assisted knives. I lost mine last week and am going to replace it. Been using a Leek all week, and feel like I have to baby it compared to the skyline.

Assisted openers break, eventually. Consider it a good thing it doesn't have one.

14C28N is more like VG10 than AUS8
