Nice find, my new AirBNB Smilie

In for 10 in the backyard for those who want a "rustic" stay.

Then I can retire.

I recently bought and built the 8 x 12 version from lowes. I didn't wanna go bigger because local taxes would then add it to my taxes. Either way, awesome shed... You'll love them. Directions are dead on, wasn't missing any parts, very very simple to build if your even the least bit handy. I actually did the entire thing by myself in about 7 hours.

Thanks man. I am fairly handy and would love to take on the project. I too want the 8 by 12 version, double door model. I am in NJ and yep as long as it is below 100sqft, im good. I just need to fix up the yard since it is all dead right now plus worried building something that the shed will sit on. Im handy, but never actually built anything lol

I have the 8x15. Still in good shape after 2 years. Took me a weekend to put it together mostly by myself. Tempting to get the 8x5 with this deal to pretend I have an 8x20 with 3 sets of doors.

I'm assuming you have to lay down a cement foundation for this?

Surprised by thw thumbs up on this. I got a craftsman version similar to this but with entrance on tje other side with double doors for like 500 back from sears 2 or 3 yrs ago. Mine is 96sq ft.

Have prices on these risen due to petroleum costs or something?

Bought this for 600 a while back. Still cheaper if you can get a coupon. Or if you have tax on Amazon.
