I know how you feel. Thats why i said not a bad deal if your into Gurkha. Alil over $2 a stick isnt bad. Other places has them for double that.

I'm surprised you didn't say, "other places have them for twenty times that", because Gurkha is infamous for overpricing cigars across their entire portfolio. What CP has them on sale for now should be their everyday price, hence why I said I'll pass. If you're into Gurkha, however, jump on it because CP is a reliable seller.

as the other BOTL said pass on gurkha aka burpha (except the havana select lanceros, actually a great cigar) but good deal..... fwiw I have had mediocre service from cigarpage at times.... JM2CW and YMMV... they do have very good prices on some cigars that you don't find deals on, like tats and san lontano's......
+1 for a cigar deal....

Everyones shitting on Gurkha. Theyre actually not that bad, the pricing on the other hand sucks. Theyre usually way overpriced as said in previous comments. But for this price, its a good deal.

True. I am guilty of shitting on them (probably for stupid reasons) .. Idk why, probably because i have read so many negative things and the fact that gurkha is EVERYWHERE its farking ridiculous man. Rocky patel is starting to piss me off too, btw.
All things said, no doubt, thanks for the post OP. But i rather spend that 2.50 per stick for a nice oliva G or O.
On a side note, i tried to make a post (but it didnt go through) for a cigarsinternational deal. I made the post, and submitted it, but looks like things went wrong and its no where to be found. It was for a 10 cigar/humidor combo (some cigars were duds).

Your post is still there. Just go to search bar on top and type cigar. Its there, but claims to be expired. But i checked last night, it was still alive. by the way, 100% of those sticks in the humidor deal suck. that being said, if your a beginer its a great deal to get your feet wet.
And i agree with you on the oliva O/G, but finding them for 2.50 a stick is rare, theyll go for more usually. I dont agree however on the Rocky Patel comment. RP Decade is deelish, as so the vintage 1990 and 1992. One of my fav sticks is the Decade actually.

Thanks for the deal OP, but I'll pass, not a bad deal for someone just getting into cigars to discover and build their palate.

I was about to post my "meh-ness" towards it being a Gurkha deal, but I didn't wanna thread-crap... till I saw the first (and many subsequent) comments sharing my sentiments. Whew!

Seemingly the only time I'll light-up a Gurkha seems to be when it's from one of those $5/5 deals. Never usually on my radar whenever I'm in a cigar shop.

Were Gurkha cigars ever a good smoke? Their appearance, tobacco type, construction, etc. look very good — but never an enjoyable or desirable smoke for me. Is there a shortcoming in their blending? Is it their tobacco selection? What gives?
