For flat to the wall TV mount with just tilt, is there a big difference between a 20 dollar one and more expensive ones?

Dont need all the bells and whistles of a full range mount, is a 20 buck one secured to the wall properly going to be anyless secure or useful then more expensive ones?
Just need the basic with tilt and locking brackets.

Woul also appreciate any suggestions for specific mounts.

Thanks!!

I used the below with a 100lb 60" plasma with no issues ever. It'll work on any VESA mount I believe. I also bought another generic model (For $25) for another plasma and it worked just as well.

Linking to specifically what your looking for would be helpful.

I have bought monoprice mounts and been happy with them. Getting it anchored properly is the biggest factor.

Probably weight capacity. I'd bet apart from general build quality, cheaper mounts also likely use thinner steel.

As I have come to find out before hanging a cheap set, they are not always straight or cast properly.

Monoprice is the place I would go to, and probably buy one for larger heavier TV than what I have.
