Misleading name ---
This DOES NOT COME WITH ANY HARD DRIVES. 20TB is just the capacity it supports.

Really? It still says 20TB in the title and body.

20TB is the capacity it supports. I added the No hard drive at the end of the title beside the price.

Also put in the body at the end that is has no Hard drive. So I'm not sure why it would still be misleading.

When you have a laptop that has 2 SO-DIMM slots that can handle 8 GB of RAM in a slot, but the laptop comes from the factory with 1-4GB chip installed, what do we put as the amount of RAM in the system? 4 GB or 16 GB?

Installed vs. Capacity is a BIG difference, and if you aren't recognizing that the installed amount is far more important than the capacity, then the problem is yours.

If you open the Amazon linked I attached, I copied the title word for word. It's not that I don't understand the difference of installed vs capacity, I just copied the title from Amazon. When I realized it was misleading, I added a note inform others since I myself did not see it could be misleading. But you have a point.

I have a question, should I wait for this Qnap TS-231P2-1G-US 2-bay [amazon.com] to be on sale or the one in this deal DS216play [amazon.com] is better (deal/spec)?

I mostly use it to back up my files and some files/movies network streaming.
Thanks!

I have Qnap and Synology NASes, both are great, but I like the Synology interface a bit better. Unless you are doing something very specific, both will work and it comes down to what you like. I'd recommend the Synology. Good luck!
