Looks like this deal did not expire for the 65inch.

OLED 65B7A 65" OLED 4K HDR Smart TV (2017 Model) + 1 Year Extended Warranty (Certified Refurbished)

Sold by Beach Camera.

Very heavily thinking about this, especially of CC PP (i.e. price rewind) will assist. Not sure if the refurbished thing hangs things up. Granted, this is still ~$200 cheaper than the newegg deal and has an extra year of warranty if you don't mind dealing with a refurb. (which often times is an opened return with no damage whatsoever).

If you're going to use price protection, you are far better off with the Newegg deal. This one makes no sense in that regard.

You're probably right. If one were to be able to get PP to work, however, you would score potentially $200 less plus 1 free year of warranty. But you're likely accurate - PP would be sure to see the refurbished and probably will rule out honoring the price match.

As with any OLED refurb, there's a decent chance these were returned due to excessive banding/vignetting. I'd be very cautious about any used OLED.

but if you're not going to use PP this is super tempting... I am thinking I can just charge to Amex Platinum card and if there are issues they should be able to help some.

It's also important to remember that the newegg deal may not result in warranty. Late in that thread, there were members talking about contacting LG and LG stating that it would not honor non-authorized resellers for warranty purposes. As such, I would rather take my chances with a refurb I can send back than a new one I can't. Just my 2 cents. Albiet only 20, the customer reviews are all positive for the refurb.

Do you still see the price?
I see $1900 but when I add to cart it goes up to $2198... weird.

I just saw that it slipped to $1900, but goes up to $2198 as well. Not sure why that is happening. Hopefully it is resolved. $1900 makes it even better. My link says "with deal: $1900"...not sure what that is referencing.

At $1900 i would have pulled the trigger... but it looks like it's gone sadly.
