I don't know. I saw this on the review

"Update 05/08/2017: The color gamut has been remeasured with the newest firmware update. The tone mapping has changed slightly (and the clipping error still exists) but the results remain about the same."

I've got the 55" version, it gets a little temperamental sometimes, but overall a great tv for what I paid for it ($350).

I mirror this sentiment. Also paid $350 (at Walmart)

Looks like the nail is being pounded in the coffin. leeco.com is down. A few weeks back their customer service center was picking up calls. About two weeks ago they switched to a line that takes messages...but is usually full. While their operating hours are 8-430pm, PST. I have NEVER been able to reach a human over the last two weeks. I bought the 55 inch set from Walmart and got it for $125...so I shouldn't be complaining. The first set had a few dead pixels, and they replaced it...with a set with more dead pixels. In any case, that was my bad. Just an fyi, they are out the door. Despite being assured they would honor my warranty, it appears that they are at the end. I'll have to rely on my CC should things go wrong after the 1 year manufacturer's warranty expires.

Seems risky to me. I have the 55 and paid $500, really is quite nice, but a local Best Buy would have the Hisense H8 for $849 plus tax that would be easier to return if there are bad pixels, etc. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/hise...Id=5712314 Sort of tempting though, a gamble.

I have the 65" version that wasn't "officially" sold in us. They updated it about 3 weeks ago and couldn't get my PS4 to show up on the tv. Tried getting to their forum for a fix but it was just "loading" the web page forever with no end. My opinion, not worth it. I can't even find a buyer for my tv. Everyone must know about their status now.

I have the 65" it works well but don't expect any customer support. I paid 850 for it on black friday last year no issues so far.

This works best for me

Here's some good dark room settings, if you're into it. My goal is the highest possible contrast while not loosing My data in the blacks and not blowing highlights. As well as the max color without introducing artifacts, and of course trying to get the closest to white.

Mode: Energy Saver

BL 27 (this is really an auto limiter setting in ES mode) same is good for Movie mode (bump this up to 60 if in a brighter room but no higher than that.)

BR 50
Co 60
AC off
DBL off
LS on (ES mode only)

Color
Sat 47
Hue G10 (0 in movie mode)
Temp normal

Sharp 34
NC off

Advanced (movie mode only)
Under 2pt>blue gain 47

This is very low light to no light viewing. Turn BL up to 60 on auto for daylight. These settings seem to be global as far as internet content goes aside from auto detected content based settings like HDR.

You could do a price match with a CC to get it down to 130. Thankfully I just happened to see the thread where the guy posted instructions how to get your CC to price match it. Most people posted it wouldn't work, but I tried and it did. Got $220 refunded to my card.

You're really never gonna beat a decent specs 55" 4k HDR TV for $130, it makes every TV deal people get excited about on here since then laughable to me (omg, crappy no name brand with bad specs for $300! Me, Yawn). It'll hold me til I can replenish my finances, and find a 65" with the stats and low price I want in the next year or two!

The specs are very comparable to the current low range Samsung's such as the one discussed in this thread https://slickdeals.net/f/10822867-samsung-55-uhd-4k-smart-tv-un55mu6290fxza-498-plus-50-sam-s-gift-card-at-sam-s-club-with-free-shipping?v=1 . Except the latter cost hundreds on sale vs 130. Sure, you'd (or at least I) rather have the Samsung all considered due to more support and less bugs, but it isn't worth hundreds of dollars!

There are a few bugs but i use mine everyday and it's fine/great! Star Wars Battlefront II for example on my new Xbox One X looks fantastic on it in 4k and HDR.

Oh yeah sold my old 1080P 55" Vizio that the Leeco replaced on letgo for 200 (to a cute young hispanic chick who came by herself no less, which was nice for a change of selling things in person lol). So I guess my 4k/HDR Tv upgrade (That I needed because I knew i was purchasing the One x) cost me minus 70. I needed it too, somehow spent way too much overall on "toys" the last 6 months! The last thing I needed was even 600 for a TV on top of it all.

This is a dang good deal for a 65" and based on my experience with the 55 LeeEco I'd recommend it, BUT, $700 is a lot different than 350 or 130. I might rather get the 65" Vizio for 1000 or something, or wait for the 65" TCL model (I assume that is eventually coming!). But yeah, if this deal fits you I'd say go for it.
