I was looking at this guitar also and about to post. I really like the idea of it just don't know a lot about. Hoping some folks will chime in. I tryed to find in store to demo it at guitar center and mucisions friend but no luck. Hesitant to buy without trying it out since so few reviews but I love its simplicity.

Yeah, I was hoping to demo one as well. Not in my area.

There is this other vid I found that tells a little more about the git and does a better job of demo-ing the tones: https://youtu.be/ii0F7dVspxY

Just a heads up Sam Ash has priced matched 500.00 on their site with the antique white or metallic blue the black remains 900.00. Decisions decisions Sam Ash would save me 41 bucks in taxes.

This deal is made much slicker with this rebate for $130 worth of stuff (happens to be the price of a hardshell case) from Supro. This link is to the AMS offer, but it seems to be valid from any authorized retailer. Surely interested slick dealers can find more info at Supro.

Nice I had wondered why this did not come with a case or at least gig bag. So this offsets the case. I also seen on sweetwater that this guitar is made in Indonesia.

Yeah Supro guitars are kinda weird guitars. I played a few at a local music store in Kansas City and didn't really like the feel of them. I would try before you buy or def make sure you can return. They are really light guitars and the bodies almost feel like plastic. A few of the models had really elevated tail pieces which never felt too comfortable for me. They do not sound bad plugged in though, just not my style.

I concur. I love the look and sound of these guitars, and I like that they're light, but for whatever reason I couldn't get comfy with the playability when I tried a couple Supros. Decent price, though if you like them.

So did you bite on the black? I found a music center 30 miles away from me that is a dealer and will let me demo. But I bet when the stupid deal of day ends at MF Sam Ash will bump back up the price. Unless its been discontinued and are closing out stock.

I demoed this guitar last evening after work really liked it was comfortable to play had nice tone but I fell in love with the supro dual-tone 1X12 amp I played it trough. He gave me a nice deal on the amp and guitar but I couldnt swing that right now. I took home the show room amp 800 with tax. Its 1200 dollar amp everywhere I looked I am happy.

Now just need to work more OT and pick up the guitar.
