Chase only allowing one sapphire card now

Just wanted to give everyone a head up that Chase now only allows one sapphire product. Meaning if you have the sapphire preferred you can't get the reserve no matter what. Learned this by referring my fiance for the reserve and she already had the preferred. According to Chase it's a policy change.

No it didn't, I got a reserve in July after having preferred for over a year. U just gotta move credit around between cards and smile at your banker.

was just considering if i should cancel my preferred since i have the reserve? the membership fee just hit.

but considering 10% CB sales and the $20 ebags recently.. i'm thinking it's probably worth the $95 fee to keep it?

but i have the unlimited and regular freedom too... so maybe i should.. hmm
