It is typically on eBay. Got my AT&T 9.7" black S2 for $304 on eBay and it's worked perfectly for going on six months.

Did you give the Tab S3 a try before buying the S2? Just curious to see if there is a big difference between the two and worthwhile to wait for the S3 to drop in price. I mostly use it for email, watching movies on the plane, etc.

Good deal. Best Buy has it for $299 and they will probably price match down to the $279. Not sure how much longer this will receive updates from Samsung.

Snagged the black model for $276 total after tax. Seems to be a good deal. Cheapest I've seen and comes with cover.

This is a beautiful tablet. I've had it for 6 months. It is lighter and thinner than the S3 and does everything I need it to (reading, email, Netflix, watching movies while traveling).

As far as I know the main differences are S3 has improved audio, back glass (vs soft-touch plastic on S2), and HDR. My S2 got an OTA Android 7 update the day I unpacked it.

If you can't get your hands on a $25 coupon this is not a deal at all, since you can get it tax free at a number of places for $299. I am sure that before long Amazon and others will be price matching this. After a $25 coupon it becomes a luke-warm deal since taxes eat it all back. I have ordered one, but will return if Amazon PMs this and I can get it tax free from a third party seller. 5% CB on the Prime Card will make it a better deal.

Cellular includes LTE capability (e.g. to put a AT&T or Verizon SIM card to get cellular connectivity). This version only has WiFi, no LTE/cell capability
