Hi,
If you are looking for specific items you can set DAs for them and set them to send immediately.

Hi BarryS5232,

The daily DA digest is sent out at 3PM PST. If you like emails sooner, please update the DAs you want to get sooner to Instant Alerts like Schooby suggested.

Cheers,

oh great, thank you for the prompt answer. However, what if I am not looking for a specific item? Can I not get the slickdeals deal alerts on my cell phone as soon as they are posted on the web site? For example I was not planning to buy a drone but today I purchased one several hours ago when I checked slickdeals.net but the deal alert has just appeared on my cell phone, after several hours.

It depends on what criteria you have set for your deal alert. If you want immediate mobile alert for any drone deal posted, then you probably want something like:
Keyword: drone
Vote level: Any (if you set it to +1 or +2, etc., the deal will need to get 1 or 2, etc. votes to match your criteria)
Forums: Hot Deals
Frequency: Instant
Notification: Mobile Push Notification

Mind you that'll result in any thread with mention of drone in title or OP (Original Poster) post in the hot deals forum. You can read more about how to set up keywords for deal alerts in this post: https://slickdeals.net/forums/showpost.php?p=67718300&postcount=540

Well the thing is I keep getting alerts on my cell phone but they are all (regardless of my da preferences) late. I have not set up any deal alert but I want to be able to see ALL deals posted on slickdeals on my cell phone as soon as they are posted on slickdeals, again regardless of the item itself! Is this possible?

Hi la-2-chi. It is possible to create a Deal Alert with no keywords, such that it will trigger on any deal posted, set to notify instantly for the Hot Deals forum (and any others you chose) but it requires that you set a minimum rating of at least a +1. That said, I would highly recommend not doing this. There have been about 200 deals posted to that forum just since yesterday... and this is a Saturday in the middle of January. During busier times like a month or two ago, that number would easily be several times higher.
Alternatively, both the Apps and the Mobile Web version of the site allow you to view the deals currently available in the Hot Deals forum and sort by the newest posted. This will allow you to quickly see all the latest deals posted. Additionally, if you are on a desktop or laptop, you may want to give our Slickdeals Live page a look. This is a page that automatically updates as new content is posted.

How come I try to refresh both browser and app. When the deal appears, it show on app 1 mins, browser shows posting time 19 hours ago. I refreshed browser couple time before still don't see the item. When it appear, it's already 19hs ago?

Because deals do not immediately go to the FP. They are posted to the Hot Deals forum, and only the best are posted to the FP.
