I think the UP970 is the one that has those features. I see the price dropping for BF

It might be OK deal. Got feedback from other LG player users and most of them said these are LOUD when you try to play 4K. You get what paid for..Currently Oppos are the only ones have all the bells and whistles (their BASIC model us UDP-203) priced at of 550$. Their Audiophile version is $1299.00

Note: They never reduce these players prices.

Like the price, but nervous to pull the trigger the reviews on Amazon for the UP970 say it can get loud. One person said it didn't start getting loud until a month after they purchased it. BestBuy's return policy is 14 days, I think.

Bottom line is they did not sealed enough in side and not a strong steel chassis build like Oppo. When reader tries to read a UHD movie, it spin so fast... it looses the balance and wobblier. That causes the sound.

I would get the sony for $50 more. Most reviews say it has better upscaling of blu-rays to 4k, and a very solid metal frame build quality.

This is $100, sony is $150... but what about Xbox One S? They are getting pretty close to $150. Do they support Dolby Vision, etc?
