I believe that the rebate will be denied unless the rebate is from the actual brochure printed on their paper. I'm not absolutely sure but that seemed to be the case in the past judging from some previous threads here:

The rebate might just turn out to be a waste of paper, ink, time, and a stamp.

My rebate from the last deal was denied "not an original".

Rebate didn't pay at all. I bought 2 at 2 different times, 2 different years, both denied even though I sent everything original in. I still have the exact same rebate form as this I saved from years ago. This rebate doesn't work!

This was the exact same one I used that was rejected. I think they need one that they print from their own print shop, on their own paper, not from your at home printer.

Folks: Rebate form states:
"Mail the original, completed rebate offer form, original
sales receipt with Waterpik® Product purchase circled, "

I don't think the print out from Kohl's site will work. Is this colorful rebate form inside the box of the Waterpik?

Where to find it if not in box?

Never receive the rebate from previous promotion...

See my earlier post. I think it's because you print out the form,
not using the ORIGINAL shiny Manuf.'s copy. I agree Waterpik just been stingy and a poor company for cheating out customer over $5.
The rebate might just turn out to be a waste of paper, ink, time, and a stamp.

I think this is the brand I used awhile ago. Went in for my 6 month cleaning, and my dentist asked me why I stopped flossing my teeth. He could NOT see where it took the place of doing it the old fashion way. SO, ask your dentist FIRST!!!!

My dentist recommends to do this and old fashioned string floss.

Per my dentist: Not as good as old fashion flossing but better than no flossing.

Thanks OP - this is the lowest price I've seen lately; almost grabbed the Aquarius model on Prime Day for $39.99 but decided against it because I'm too cheap.

To @buycars and anyone else who might be confused: I'm not a dentist, but my best friend and his wife are, and they would tell you that nothing can replace regular flossing. This is just another tool you can use to help fight the build-up of bacteria and plaque, especially in hard-to-reach places.

Lowest I've seen so far, looks like the same price on the BF ad by bestbuy with 40% off. Don't think it will get any cheaper, I'm in for one, been waiting a long time for this deal. With tax it came out to be 38$
