For entry level editing, I'm sure it works fine. But I would recommend a GTX 1060 6GB is a better choice.

I can't say for sure on your Lenovo. But, this works fine on a Optiplex 990 with i7, 16GB, 256GB SSD, 240W 80+ PSU.

Man, at this price I would rather have a used 1060 with a very noticeable bump in performance.
