Hitachi 500 lumen work light (bare tool) Reg. $34.98 marked down to $9.98 @ Lowes

I noticed this yesterday when shopping for a work light and thought I'd circle back to share. Prices may vary. This is in zip code 76201. Several other tools are marked down 25-30% off, but the items below were the most discounted.

Lowes has the Hitachi 500 lumen work light for $9.98, regularly $34.98 (71% off )

Link [lowes.com]

The also have the batteries marked down, 56-59% off.
Link [lowes.com] reg. $69, reduced to $29.

https://www.lowes.com/pd/Hitachi-...1000142911, reg. $99, reduced to $39.

If you already have a Hitachi battery, then it's a pretty hot deal. Even if you need to buy both, and can justify a heavy duty light, it's still a savings.

Good luck!

Hitachi's site indicates that this will work with the 14.4V batteries too:

Just a FYI you will have to buy the battery and the charger for the $9 light to work but great deal if you already have several tools by same company

Hitachi chargers seem to have a bad rep. Any suggestions for a compatible aftermarket charger?

For those interested, 500 lumens is equivalent to a 40 watt bulb.
