Seems like it me. I bought a similar laptop from Best Buy a couple of months ago and it was almost the same specs for 800 out the door. This one has the 8th gen whereas the one I got had the 7th gen. I read that the ram is not upgradable but 12gb should be good. They don't list all the specs for this one on their site so I'm still a little curious about it. Searching for the model number on Google doesn't yield much more info either. To me it's a good deal and I'll probably pick up a couple for work. It also has a 2 year warranty where most just come with one.

Since I don't much care about the flip screen I'll go with this one here rather than the one OP posted. This also has slightly better graphics. Thanks for the link. (2TB over 1TB is bonus too).

Here's one of the few reviews I found for this.

Too bad it has Integrated Intel HD UHD 620 graphics and not something better.

How so? The Sam's Club laptop page shows for me when I click the link. f you mean it's not showing the $599 price, that's because the deal does not start until the 11th.

I would personally get the yoga 710 15 at best buy for the same price. 256gb ssd beats them all. It's higher build and quality thinner screen bezel and even has a fingerprint scanner. If you don't know if you need the extra ram or cpu power then you don't need it. Having a hard drive in a laptop brings it backwards 10 years in tech and in reliability. Back in the day when I hoarded torrented files a big hard drive was nice but now with streaming and the cloud i dont really need that space. Anything important you should not be leaving on a spinning hard drive in a mobile laptop. Get a dedicated file server or large backup external drive. Not having to hear the thing whirl up and make clicking noises counting down the hours until it eventually croaks is priceless. Oh and the 10x speed increase of a ssd. You could obviously upgrade the hard drive down the road, but that's an extra cost and hassle,if the drive can even be accessed at all.
