Pretty apples/oranges comparison.

The Lenovo has a much beefier (i5 vs m3) CPU, but the Asus is a 2-in-1 touchscreen device while the Lenovo doesn't have a touchscreen.

So, if you're just using it as a laptop, the Lenovo will certainly be more powerful. If the touchscreen/folding screen is an appeal to you, then take a look at the Asus.

It's tempting. The lack of a touchscreen is a killer for my purposes tough.
For most this is a fairly solid deal.
