Jonny Guru gives it 9.8. [jonnyguru.com] This is a great deal. High efficiency and fanless mode. This will literally be quiet 90% of the time, and for all intents and purposes quiet for the remaining 10%.

I did the mail in rebate on my EVGA PSU (P2 650) and it was painless and I got my $10 visa card within three weeks.

Fantastic price for this. I own the 650w model. These things are so small for an atx psu they are great for smaller enclosures .

I have this in the 850 watt version. It's good and quiet 90% of the time too. But since the fan only kicks on when it needs to (eco mode), unfortunately, it is audible. It was a little louder than my bronze 600 watt EVGA that was always on. Weird...

Not having a fan can be dangerous no? I'm on the fence because of no fan. Should I pull the trigger?
Not sure if you're trying to be funny, but you can see the fan in the attached pic if you look semi-closely.

How loud is it when not in eco mode?

Congrats. Getting a deal to go Front Page is tough to do.

I've got 2 so far.
