Tried to check if the same has been posted and didn't find any, so here you go.
Went to our neighborhood office depot (OD) who always price match best buy (BB) and got several items in separate receipts as some will be given away as gifts. At that point, I thought all items are the same ones on sale at BB and each time I went to the cashier, I would show the BB ad on my cellphone to the rep and after supervisor override, I got one item as follows:
- Logitech MX Master 2S - 49.99 + tax
Went home, turned on my pc to double check the items I just purchased and it was then that I realized, that for the mouse I got, what was actually on sale at BB was Logitech - MX Master Wireless Laser Mouse [bestbuy.com]
for 49.99 and not the Logitech - MX Master 2S Wireless Laser Mouse [bestbuy.com]
priced at 99.99, which is also the same on-line price at OD [officedepot.com]
while in-store was iirc 79.99 with item#493406, w/c also shows in the attached link and receipt pic.
I know, this is highly YMMV and not sure how other OD reps will handle the situation, so TD away if cant be replicated at all.
