.
Note: these are not actual bully sticks (they are cow esophagus which are a very different product)

I have a ~45 Lb Chow-Chow, equally rough chewer, and I give her the 12" bully sticks.

You can always cut them in half with a butcher knife.

Yup. I actually did that when my dog was a young puppy.

Meh. I'm glad I read the top amazon review. These are bully strips rather than sticks. My dog would finish this way too quick compared to the real thing.

tl;dr "Best Bully Sticks" is the name of the company and there is otherwise no reason to call these "Jerky Bully Sticks" as stated in OP. This a flat wafer-thin section of cow esophagus that last minutes; bully sticks are dehydrated cow penis and last significantly longer..

One of these is sitting on my desk after getting a refund from amazon due to hay still on the product that smelled like manure; I am sitting on a farm and am used to those smells, but incompletely digested hay from the pasture is a little much. Anyway:

This product is cow esophagus that is nearly wafer thin and I can see through it with ambient light. Circles you see are cross-sections of smooth muscle bundles that constrict into a ring behind swallowed food to push it down into the stomach. Takes my dog 4 minutes or 1 tv commercial break to eat and he can't even destroy a 6" basic loofah or eat a carrot without it being cut up.

Bully sticks are cow penis and are an entirely different spongiform-type muscle matrix than esophagus. This is a good treat because it lasts forever and has low risk of splintering teeth because it's not as hard as bone (femur bone is dense enough to carry the weight of a cow and will overly zealous puppy teeth).

Yeah this was so misleading.
I bought 5, thinking they were bully sticks as the picture here and even the price on Amazon was normally 37.99 on sale for 15. I'm pissed and debating returning.

A LITTLE LATE ADDING THAT NOTE. SMH

^Doubtful. Let's get this straight:

$37.99 = "List Price"

$17.99 = Price shipped solid for the last 489 days except 10 days in 2016 ($19.99) and 24 hours Nov. 7 this year ($30.97).

$15.29 = Lightning deal price, available ~2 times per week for the last 489 days

$15.99 = ""Deal"" price, higher than the regularly available price for this product

In the context of misleading information by OP, I will avoid this company.
