These are only ever sold by third party vendors. RangePlus being the main one.

I would think this would be a great price.

I've never tried them, but I'm currently waiting on my shipment of a pack of I think 5 that I ordered based on a SD within the past couple of weeks. It was a pack of 5 for around $4.xx-$5.

I'm glad I ordered the chocolate from a deal posted here recently. I read in the comments of the thread that Hazelnut was an acquired/different taste.
