Have spent a lot of time on Zalyn these past couple of weeks looking for a deal on a 10 day one way in FL. Did bring my rental costs down from $470 to $356 with their coupons and codes, so I've been checking their site every day.

Not bad for a 10-day one way rental. I've noticed that sometimes breaking up a one-way rental into multiple smaller rentals works out cheaper. Might wanna give it a shot.

Actually, I have a 1 week with Dollar at MCO for $234 and the remaining 3 days with National for $121 from MCO to RSW and it includes the drop off fee. I called both companies to see if they would price match and give me a single rental, but no luck. We have to drive back through Orlando anyways, so it works for me.

When I first started my search and saw how pricey it was, I posted here for help and someone had a VISA deal I tried. It seemed like a great deal with Avis, but my reservation said "limited miles" and I figured I could live with a 500 mile limit -- but then when I checked with Avis, it was a 0 mile limit and 35 cents a mile. I hadn't seen one of these in a really long time.

I will keep on checking. Who knows what last minute will bring.

I've been bitten by one of those zero included miles corporate code in the past. This was many years ago & my one-rental dropped from like $300 to something like $100. I was so happy with myself for finding such a fantastic deal, but I only learnt of the per-mile charge when I returned the vehicle and ended up paying more than I would have without that code. Argh.

There's a list of one-way codes on FT. Not sure how legit, but maybe another thing you might want to check out.

Saw some $5/day one ways in the fall but figured that ended mid-December. I will search FT again with the keywords one way. Thanks for the suggestion.
