Is this a good deal? It's been a bit hard for my brain to cross compare these V8 deals so any input would be appreciated!

Wondering the same thing... there seems to be a large range of these V8's. Obviously I know they are better than a V6, but other than battery life I'm not sure what else sets all these models apart. Hoping a Dyson guru can chime in with some words of wisdom...

Seems like a great deal since it includes the soft roller head.

I have a V7 and love it, but really wish I had the soft roller head for vacuuming the kitchen.

not sure what you meant. this is the absolute, which has the $100+ soft roller head for hardwood floor or non-carpeted surface. the animal model doesn't and is thus significantly cheaper.

this is the cheapest i have seen for a v8 absolute, by at least $10.

I need a good vacuum for laminate floor mostly. I never owned so i dont have experience. This model or SHARK? TY

I love this vac for hard flooring. The soft roller head works so well and the fact that it's cordless means it's not a pain to use for quick spot vacuuming.

Dyson is excluded from their coupon. Price matching and 20% discount is highly ymmv.
