Twice Target shipped liquid detergent with zero packaging and everything went leaky on my porch. Do you all do ship to store?

Same here all three times they leaked, even last time baby soap too. Stopped buying now, not worth the hassle. Ship to store is option but not with temps now in freeze range not going risk to drive to target just to pickup.

I've ordered laundry detergent, shampoo, body wash, etc from Target and haven't had any problems (yet!). The one time a Target shipment was damaged was a ketchup bottle - a quick email to CS and I had a refund. So even if/when I do receive another damaged item, I'm confident they'll take care of it.

Separately - I'm not seeing the full discount on the detergent here - total discounts are showing as $3.81, which is just over 15%. Should be close to 25%, even if they take the discounts sequentially. Anyone else seeing this?

Ordered the soft soap individual bottle dispensers and 3 of the 4 orders arrived in plastic bags with zip ties. The last one was just 3 bottles thrown in a box.

Previous shampoo orders from target had them place a piece of tape over the lid/cap and placed in zip tied plastic bag.

I ordered the FAR laundry oil degreaser detergent from Advance Auto Parts (or whatever)... never arrived after like 3 weeks as I honestly had forgotten about it... Glad I checked b/c like two days after order, UPS reported the package was leaking or damaged and UPS decided to unilaterally destroy the package in one of their distribution centers. UPS claimed they would notify the sender for the insurance claim... never happened, but a five minute chat got me a refund from Advance.

I calculated the Palmolive Costco price. 5.4 cents per oz given the coupon ($5.59 for 102 oz). This Target deal comes out to 4.9 cents per oz ($5.99 x 3 * 85% -$5). A good deal but I have to say, I'm surprised it doesn't beat Costco more...

HEADS UP Slickdealers!
If you are placing a Target Online Order for either in store pickup or home delivery,
Make Sure You are Getting the FULL Extra 15% OFF Discount at Checkout!
I noticed my online order for local store pickup was NOT giving the Full 15% Off.
Ordered 3 of the ALL Free and Clear Detergent .
$8.19 each but s/b only $6.96 ea After 15% off
then lower after 5% SS and another 5% Target Redcard discount.

Added up totals and Target website ONLY gave 15% Off on the First item in cart, NOT ALL 3 items! Changed and added diff items and same results. ONLY get Full 15% OFF First item and a couple times on the 2nd, but Never ALL 3 for the gift card offer.

Did Online Chat & Target CSR checked my online cart and confirmed it's only giving discount on one item and they are now receiving complaints this is happening with other online orders. They don't know how to fix it and said can go in store to buy and get Full 15% Off All items or place your order online then do online chat and Ask for Refund for price adjustment on the discount they missed.

THANK YOU. Yes, I too noticed this as well after my order appeared to be a couple dollars higher than it Should Be After ALL the Discounts of 15% off , 5% off SS and another 5% for red card usage. I just posted my own feedback on this.
Did an Online Target CSR Chat and finally a Supv confirmed something is wrong with online orders and no matter how we tried it, it still only gives 15% Off ONLY 1 item in the cart when trying to buy 3 for the gc offer.
They said they are looking into it but cant help fix this.
Expended more time on this than the discount was worth so going to local store tomorrow and just buy the 3 off shelf as they said the full discount is working in stores and gives you a Final Promotional Discount at bottom of your receipt on ALL the applicable items you bought.

I ended up chatting with a rep also, and eventually got the full discount - in the form of a price adjustment immediately after I placed the order. Quite a bit of hassle for about $2, but they thanked me for bringing it to their attention so the problem wouldn't affect other customers... Hopefully it's actually fixed soon!
